Gita is Ralf Wednesday's navi and is seen only once during the series. She was shot and killed by a Guild Starfish when transporting Alvis Hamilton to the Silvana. Because of the amount of time spent on the mission to take Al to the the Silvana, Alvis develops a bond with Gita, appearing to think of her as a mother figure.
