A Soul Charge is a spirit that has been wholly absorbed during a Soul Suck attack. Soul Charges can be used to "bridge the gap" between a dead body and the spirit that has departed it, bringing the deceased back to life. Few psys have the ability to create these, however, and even fewer have the ability to use them.
