A society that once existed to house the Gate Rune, the clan's foundation and history are unknown. It was destroyed by Harmonia in Solar Year 70 in their search for true runes. Since Solar Year 70, the Gate Rune was carried in two halves, by two members of the Gate Rune clan; Windy and Leknaat. The Front Gate Rune held by Windy is currently missing since her actions during the Toran Liberation War, and Leknaat is currently still in possession of the Back half.
