Aruk Besadii Tai was a male Hutt who replaced Gunool Besadii Tiure on the Hutt Grand Council after he died during the Hutt-Black Sun War. When Palpatine was trying to rebuild the Galactic Empire again, but was unsuccessful again, he had his guards arrest Aruk because he had new rebel plans that could give the Rebel Alliance another win. But Gial Ackbar had Aruk rescued before Palpatine could break and kill him.
