Numbuh Ouch is the KND's Defense Against Spanking instructor. He had to have his backside surgically removed after it took a beating in The Great Paddywhack Machine Rebellion. Sector V found this very humorous, and so he released Count Spankulot on them. His only appearance was in Cartoon Network Action Pack #35, in the stroy Operation: D.E.F.E.N.S.E..
