Deimos is the smaller and outer moon of Mars, orbiting at a distance of 23,460 km from Mars, with an average diameter of 6.2 km. Deimos takes 30.3 hours to orbit the planet at a velocity of 1.35 km. Deimos is entirely uninhabited and uninhabitable apart from a single crudely built 'moonplex' known as Smuggler's Bane, owned by legendary smuggler Lu Weng.
