No Hueco Mundo is the realm of the hollows much the same way as Soul Society is the realm of spirits. When a hollow is killed with a Zanpakuto it allows them to go to soul Society, however it is explained in chapter 12 if a hollow is killed but committed great crimes during his lifetime (as Plus-normal human soul) they go to hell through the gates that appear.
