(Hugh) Patrick Stirling (25 March 1913 - 1 January 1991) was a barrister and Conservative Party politician. Born in Paris, France, he was the son of Kenneth Stirling and Gladys Eliza née Woodcock. Following education at Eton and the University of Oxford, he was called to the bar at the Middle Temple in 1941. A long term member of Westminster City Council, as councillor for Hamlet of Knightsbridge ward from 1944-59 and as an alderman from 1959 until the council's abolition in 1965. He was Mayor of Westminster for 1955-56 and 1956-57.
