Bass Effect: Gary's Ultimatum is a feature film by a company known only in the film's opening credits as Shellco Films. It is, as described on the DVD casing(1), a "documentary" detailing the rise and fall of Gary the Snail and the psychological repercussions he faces following the events of a devastating "War on Freedom", of which he was a party to some degree.
