Chakotay gave the pudding to the Ramuran Kellin, as he disliked pudding. (VOY: "Unforgettable") The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 19) described this pudding as a soft dessert made from milk, flavored with the fruit of the almond tree Prunus amygdalus.
