The Adoption of Atyan Constitution Bill, 2009 is a proposal to introduce the Constitution of Atya in order to define the country and it's laws. After lengthy debates in Parliament, the new government decided it would be in the best interests of the country to have a constitution. There had been a vote under the old government in 2008, however it was rejected by 72% the people.
