Ronald Keenan was a man who Brian Matthews had contacted but once Marshall Collins found out, he confronted Keenan, stabbed him before fleeing the scene. Matthews arrived, found Keenan and attempted to perform CPR but Keenan later succumbed to his injuries, forcing Matthews to flee for fear that the police would arrest him. Keenan's body was later discovered by NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Timothy McGee.
