The Z-Crests (Z紋章, Zetto Monshō), are traits which the Chosen Ones embody and draw power from, in the form of Z-Crystals. They can be inserted into Z-Rings, which are worn on each Chosen One's wrist. When one of the Chosen exhibits the trait of their Z-Crest, it "glows", and its power is released to allow their Pokémon partner to "Super-Evolve" into their final form.
