Felftis Brack was the former chief clerk of Galston Prade. He was a Fourthling who had Webfoot Goblin ancestry. This was reflected on his features, as he had pale green skin, webbed feet and a plume of hair that resembled a Web-footed Goblin's crest. He always wore a snailskin cape and topcoat. He tricked Galston out of his mansion, and together with Branxford Drew, blew up Friston Drew's office and framed Nate Quarter for the crime. Later, he and Branxford were arrested and convicted of their misdeeds.
