Mom-Mom lived in Sector Nineteen. She had a five-year-old child, Allie. Allie's father was not present but had left behind a lawgiver which had been modified so that anybody could use it. As a Citizen-Judge, Mom-Mom apparently shot Judge Joseph Dredd.
