Captain Charg was a Klingon pirate and commander of the freighter Blood Money in the 24th century. He would lure in victims with a false distress call that claimed he was under attack by pirates. Once his would-be rescuers had engaged the pirate ship "attacking" the Blood Money, he would turn on them.
