Verdan Pyron was the High Admiral of the Byss Defense Fleet and one of the first people to ally himself politically and militarily with Prince Zachary Palpatine after his discovery despite the wariness of the Council of Moffs, Pyron was an excellent politician and naval commander with two young sons and a daughter and so was able to feel protective of the young royal, when the Imperial Remnant was reconstituted into the Second Galactic Empire by Emperor Zachary he was rewarded for his loyalty with being given the rank of Moff and the welcoming of the Pyron family among the Imperial Court where plays for power and intrigue were once again abundant.
