During Part 2, the aliens try to eject Edd,Tom and Matt out of the Garbage Disposal, but lock themselves in and shoot into space, killing them. Tom even notes this, sarcastically saying he had no idea that vanity and stupidity were "so closely related". In The End (Part 1), it is proven that Commander Bai's crew is not dead, as they are seen sitting on an asteroid in space.
