By sheer coincidence, the Second Heart was later discovered by the First Quincy Council of the expanding Quincy Empire. Amazed at the exuberance and power the Heart seemingly radiated upon its discovery, the Council decided to take the object under the jursidction, later claiming it to be their own creation.
