Scott the Molester is, as his name implies, a molester. According to the Megan's Law website, he is guilty of 288(a) LEWD OR LASCIVIOUS ACTS WITH CHILD UNDER 14 YEARS. In the past, he was useful to several people associated with Barta Gretek records, due to the fact that he could legally purchase alcohol. He would then illegally hand the alcohol over to the minors, who he most likely wanted to molest. Unfortunately, Scott was a heavy user of drugs, and occasionally he would freak the fuck out. At one point, The Flesh of Bulls tried to molest the molester, and he became upset. The Flesh of Bulls maintains that it was simply a misunderstanding, and that he was simply a benign bumbler. But we all know better.
