Sagtar (Full name: Sagtar Tortug) is the leader of the well-known guild the Avengers. He is often nicknamed "Ratgas" by Raziel due to his foul reputation with the protagonist guilds of Testimonial Midgard. He is most commonly seen outside Midgard within the Einbroch district and has a bad reputation of sniping players while they travel.
