The Apollo's Shoes is a second-tier powerup for Arthur only. Apollo's Shoes will enable Arthur to turn into a statue just like Tanooki Mario and Tanooki Luigi. Arthur's statue will be a Romanesque statue while Mario's is an Asian-type style. Powerups in Mushroom Kingdom Fusion
