Patricia Oh is the new head of the Ekats. She was hired by The Outcast . She is the grandniece of Bae Oh, but since Alistair Oh doesn't have children it can be assumed that Hae-In Oh, Bae and Gordon's mother, had a child before marrying Henry Cahill. Patricia would be the daughter of said child.
