William "Bill" Jordan was a human politician born in London, Great Britain, who served as the Federation Council's Secretary-General in the late 2370s and early 2380s. Vice-President Kaenar Korban was sworn into office in Paris by Jordan. (Star Trek: Pioneer) In 2381, Jordan was approached by Korvin Mot's Chief of Staff, Rodney Brickenhouser, to propose a vote of no confidence in Mot so that Kaenar Korban could become President and preside over the United Federation of Planets during the Coalition War.
