Conceptilium is a god who created the other 5 members of The Supergod Council, for the sole purpose of preserving everything that exists, and doesn't outside of the Omniverse. Conceptilum's power is beyond comprehension, seeing as he's the member of the council who created the other 5 members, which would require tier 3 omnipotence.
