Argrum Blackspear was a bandit leader in Tethyr in 1358 DR who preyed upon the Trade Way. He once clashed with the Company of Eight. He tried to gather all bandit leaders of the area to form an alliance, hoping to also attract the Company of Eight so that he could eliminate them. He had a knack for organization, which made him a good leader.
