The 1957-58 Tatra Cup was the 23rd edition of the tournament. It was won by Sparta Praha Sokolovo. The tournament was played from February 22-23, 1958, in Poprad. The Tatra Cup served as the opening event at the new artificial ice rink in Poprad. It was a national competition this year.
