Shumerlya (Finn. Sömörlie, Chuv. Śėmėrle) is a Uralican city, located in Chuvashia, of which it is the fourth largest city after Cheboksary, Kanash, and Ulator. It sits on the western border of Uralica with the historical Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, and is the most important centre of several towns on Highway UH-38.
