The Technology Crime Prevention Unit (TCPU) under Hong Kong Police Force's Technology Crime Division (TCD) is responsible for the formulation and implementation of crime prevention programs on computer security and technology crime-related matters. TCPU is devoted to raising the awareness of technology crime prevention amongst the general public.
