Heritage of Pride is a wholly volunteer-managed, non-partisan, tax-exempt, not-for-profit corporation that organizes Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride events in New York City to commemorate and celebrate the Stonewall Riots. Heritage of Pride ( or "HOP" ) produces five events: The Rally, PrideFest, Rapture, Dance on the Pier and The March. In 2008 the latter two events will take place on June 29.
