Administrators can protect pages to restrict editing. * Full protection disables editing for everyone except other administrators. Fully protected images cannot be overwritten by new uploads. * Semi protection disables editing for IP accounts completelyfurr and new accounts that are less than 4 days old. This is primarily used for pages that need to be editable by established users but have become a primary target for new account vandalism. Semi protections should normally only be utilized temporarily. * Cascading Protection disables editing on the cascade protected page and any pages included in that page (i.e. images, templates, and template-transcluded pages).
