Connections is an insert set in 2004 Playoff Prestige. The twenty-card set highlights teamates who are each stars. Alex Rodriguez, Nomar Garciaparra, Mark Prior and Derek Jeter all appear on two cards. The base set is not serial numbered and was inserted 1:9 packs. The set was paralleled by a Foil set serial numbered to 100 copies and a Holo-Foil serial numbered to 21 copies. The set is also paralleled by a game used set that carries two game used pieces, one from each player. These cards were serial numbered to 250 copies each.
