With the pickpocketing bonus from the Hard Ardougne Diary, players will stop failing to pickpocket at level 94 Thieving. At 99 thieving the Thieving cape can be worn to stop failing as it has the same pickpocketing bonus as completing the Hard Ardougne Diary. At current GE prices, a successful pickpocket is on average worth coins.
