This challenge takes place in Lynchwood. To achieve it, one must simply shoot 5 Skag Riders off their Skags without killing the Skag. Skag Riders are found outside the town. Since the Skags are armored while the riders aren't, fire weapons are a good choice for those looking to do this challenge.
