Medium Compound Blasters, also known as simply Medium Blasters, are unguided photon-magnetic weapon units and a member of the Pyrogenesis Compound Blaster family. They are a heavier and more powerful version of the Light Compound Blaster; making them an ideal choice for medium-size transports and light capital ships. Like other blaster weaponry, Medium Compound Blasters are most commonly found in Federation space.
