Jennifer Crystal Foley (born January 26, 1973) is an American actor who appeared in the NCIS Season 9 episode, The Missionary Position (episode). She is the daughter of American comedian, Billy Crystal. She is best known for her role as Rachel Taub on the American medical drama, "House M.D".
