Ilka Minor (born 30 April 1975, Klagenfurt as Ilka Petrasko) is an Austrian female rally co-driver, one of the most successful females co-drivers in the WRC. She began her WRC career at the 1997 Tour de Corse as Achim Mörtl's co-driver. Her first podium in the series came at the 2005 Cyprus Rally with Manfred Stohl. She is currently partnered with Norwegian Henning Solberg. Minor's eight podiums put her just one behind Michele Mouton.
