Ingrown Virago Claws are unique materials in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They can be obtained from Viragos, or for 138 Reward Tickets at the Network Console in the BLADE Barracks. They are components in X, XV, and XX Side Attack Plus and PositionDmg.SIDE augments. One is needed for Partners in Prototyping.
