Delia Corrie appeared in Coronation Street in June and August 1981 as Dr Judith Hollins. Since training at RADA, her long career since the 1950s has included parts in Compact, Emergency-Ward 10, The Avengers, No Hiding Place, Crown Court, First Among Equals, Bulman, various voices in the animated series The Wind in the Willows and Always and Everyone. She also was an long-term announcer for What The Papers Say.
