The Poison Mushroom is a sticker found in Paper Mario Sticker Star. It poisons Mario, but in-turn can poison any enemies that Mario makes contact with. It is a rare sticker to find in levels, however can be bought in a back alley of Decalburg. One is needed in the Drybake Desert to open the giant door here.
