Signuth Scrambler is a villain from Electric Company (2009 Series). He is Annie Scrambler's uncle who is known for scrambling brains. His ancesters, along with Lisa's, were infected with a disorder that gave them powers of such. He enjoys getting back at anybody that Annie wants, usually the Company. However, in one case it was the Pranksters and they worked with Electric Company.
