Shinsekai (新世界 lit. meaning 'New World) is a small, but very powerful organization founded by Kara, and is the primary opposing side in the Ryōiki Arc. Their plans of a world ruled by Kekkei Genkai, and their possession of enough power to achieve their goal is what caused them to be regarded as the most potentially dangerous organization that sprouted up in the aftermath of the Fourth Shinobi World War. In total, there are three members of Shinsekai, however they have many minor servants, which serve as simple distractions or sacrifices, none of which are particularly powerful.
