Fabia is presumably a reference to the Škoda Fabia. After resolving the misunderstandings at the Infinity Library, Fabia is nicknamed by Einhard Stratos and others as Cro (クロ Kuro), same as how her ancestor Crozelg was nicknamed by Claus Ingvalt.
