I know I asked about this before, but as I was grouping all those game templates on the page together, I still had the thought that this article was unnecessary. Everything on the text just seems so...general and it doesn't seem fitting as an article subject. Basically, the article appears to only say one thing repeatedly over a huge block paragraph: "The star background has appeared in many games." And the writer of this article then attempts to say they all take place in the same area, just because all backgrounds are blue and sparkle some. At the moment I have to honestly say I continue to disagree with the article's existence, but I'm up for listening to your complaints on why you want to keep it.
