If you're eating or drinking anything with caffeine in it, that would keep you up. Stress could have the same effect. Do this: take a one-day vacation (if you can), go to bed, and only get up to drink water, eat non-caffeine foods, and use the bathroom. You should fall asleep. If not, consult your doctor.
