Rokkaku is a village of ninjas hidden in the Banner Pass and nominally part of the Toran Republic although it enjoys a great deal of autonomy. Those who enter the village unwittingly are usually apprehended by patrolling ninjas and cast out. During the early stages of the Toran Liberation War, Rokkaku was destroyed by the army of Teo McDohl. However, this drove the already autonomous ninja to rebel against the Scarlet Moon Empire and the village was reconstructed after the creation of the Toran Republic in 457.
