Sedos Sebile is headquartered in the south-eastern corner of the district. Her unit is stretched thin just trying to keep civilians safe from the escaped prisoners, so she is looking for someone outside her unit to see what happened in the prison. Obtaining the intellect devourer's brain resolves this quest. Sedos Sebile has +2d6 sneak attacks and is able to cast mage armor, magic missile, daze, light, and ray of frost. Early in the campaign's development, Sedos and Aarin Gend were going to fall in love, but that ending was cut.
