Firefoam, also known as suppression foam was a type of material that was used to douse fires aboard starships. A number of canisters of high-expansion firefoam were kept aboard the YT-1300 light freighter Millennium Falcon, as part of a built-in network of fire-fighting equipment aboard the ship.
