After getting Will back his heart, he and Alice go to a bar where Will tells his friend about his sister, Penelope. She was four years younger and better at everything. They had a lake by their home that would freeze over during the winter. The two of them would spend hours out there, but then one day Penelope fell through a thin patch of ice and died.
