Low waistline dress, with long set-in sleeves, is lightly fitted by French darts in front, vertical back darts. Dress has zipper and low pleat in back. Sleeves are gathered into buttoned interfaced bands, two-piece collar is interfaced and band is sewn to front bodice and trimmed with buttons. Dress with contrasting bodice has lace ruffling included in sleeveband and collar facing seams and stitched to bodice front with band. Skirt may be underlined. Dress of one fabric has interfaced belt worn over low waistline seam.
